Virginia Kazlouskas (Gregory) was born & raised in Nashua NH and lives with her husband Steven, daughter, 3 sons and her German Shepherd. Virginia graduated from Nashua High and received her Associate in Business Admin from UNHM in 2004. As a full service REALTOR®, she work with clients in Hudson, Litchfield, Nashua, Londonderry, Derry, Salem, Pelham, Windham, Merrimack, Brookline, Amherst, Hollis, Milford, Mont Vernon and surrounding towns. Harmony is owned by her parents who began real estate in 1972. Harmony Real Estate was originally located in downtown Nashua NH and is now located in Hudson, NH. Both buildings were handyman specials fixed by my family. Watching the hard work of building a business from scratch gave her an appreciation for those who work hard to get ahead.

She helps struggling home owners short sell homes with compassion and understanding. The process takes stress off the owner and helps them from ruining their credit completely. Sending in financials and working with the bank to extend foreclosure to get your house sold.

She specializes in new construction from general contracting two homes. Virginia found the challenge of responsibility for subcontractors, design, site work & interior decorations exciting. “Sweat equity” is rewarding. Seeing a dream come to life was one of her most satisfying experiences.
