At the end of the day, the most important result is that we've helped people purchase and create a home for themselves and their family in the Charlottesville and Albemarle VA area.

I've always been delighted to have such a nice diversity of housing types to show in the Charlottesville area. In the city of Charlottesville, home buyers are treated to mature larger-lot neighborhoods close to downtown and the University of Virginia. East, west and north of the city, you'll find the more contemporary planned developments, with smaller lots but also with newer homes, pools, tennis courts, and walking paths. Once you get just a bit firther outside of the Charlottesville "urban" ring, in areas like Earlysville, Ivy, and Keswick, you'll find a more rural environment, with 2+ acres lots in neighborhoods and along rural roads. Crozet, located west of the city, has been designated a growth area, and home buyers will find a number of new home communities in different price points. The adjacent counties of Greene and Fluvanna offer yet other types of neighborhoods, including Fluvanna's large lake community, Lake Monticello.
Virginia Gardner's Blog Posts
Having worked in the real estate business in Charlottesville for over twenty years, I've invested the time and my abilities in knowing how to meet the goals and expectations of home buyers and sellers. I make my living helping people do many things... find their dream home, invest in their future, and make the single largest monetary investment most people will ever make.I have always been interested in new technologies and new ways of doing business. As a result, the people I work for never miss out. If there's a new media platform that attracts buyers, then my seller's house will be there. If there's a new great way for me to help a buyer get qualified and their offer readily accepted, then it will be done. My marketing and negotiating skills help my clients achieve their objectives.
