| Victor Ipatzi made what could have been a complicated sale of a rental property from a client whom I represent as a Senior Care Giver into a smooth transaction that closed much earlier than expected. He anticipated and handled every potential problem before it became one. Victor always kept me informed of the status of the sale and he helped me with the smooth removal of long-time tenant, including a rear yard and two garages full of debris and scrap items. | Giving a big thanks to Victor Ipatzi and his Team is a huge understatement. I first met Victor through a referral from a great friend of mine who was also represented and amazed by him. Victor help me get a great deal on my principal residence and now currently represents me as an investor with buying and flipping homes. Victor Ipatzi knows what areas are best for quick resale or long term hold. He makes sure I don’t over pay or over improve on any of my properties, not to mention, his skills on conflict resolution with tenants and occupants are amazing.
