Marilyn Ball is pleased to be in partnership with Ian Heath, as they both share the same single-minded pursuit of Real estate Marketing Excellence. A Vancouver Island native, Marilyn Ball has been privileged to enjoy a successful real estate history in the Capital Region, consistently being a Gold MLS realtor. Marilyn has won many awards in both fine arts and academics, with an Honours degree from UVIC, and top marks in Real Estate from UBC. For many years prior to real estate she ran a very successful Montessori-inspired school with a selection of the most discerning parents. Her client portfolio includes many top successful people including the CFO of China Gas, Supreme Court Judges, Surgeons, Top developers, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, Civil Engineers, and Academics including Teachers, the Principal of Glen-Lyon Norfolk, and several professors from UVIC. Marilyn has worked on projects ranging from Commercial Apartment building purchases to multi- million dollar waterfront acquisitions, all with equal success.
Marilyn is a keen negotiator, and works tirelessly to bring complicated property transactions together. Marilyn bases her success on the fact that her focus is always on the customer, and consistently upgrades her real estate business knowledge. Currently, Marilyn is working on a designation from NAR (The North American Association of Realtors) for certification in International Property Sales. She has recently been on the Board of Directors of the Canadian College of Performing art, Canada's top college for talented actors. When on the Board at CCPA, she was a key organizer for a charity fundraiser, "Casino Royale" effecting four times the original goal in fund-raising, and enjoyed giving back to the community therewith. Ian and Marilyn work in full partnership together, and own Heath and Ball Holdings Ltd. Their goal is to be the kind of first-rate realtor team perfectly described in Peter Dolezal's book, "The Naked Homeowner". He won the position of CEO and MD in one of the UK's largest farmer-owned supply businesses.
