| Venus is exactly what you would want in a real estate professional! We had a very lengthy home purchase process due to loan issues and Venus persevered despite numerous obstacles. She was always looking out for our interests and encouraging us with what she thought was our best option throughout the purchase process as new issues arose. Venus was extremely quick to respond to any and all emails and phone calls and did a great job of keeping in constant communication with us. This is the fifth home we have purchased (and our first as a married couple) and was definitely the most mentally exhausting, but Venus could not have handled it better! Her extensive knowledge of Colorado real estate law became extremely important during our loan review process and she was able to provide information to the involved parties that may have otherwise gone unnoticed. We only wish we would have been able to use her for our previous purchases and sales! We would not hesitate to highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a real estate professional. |

| Venus was amazing throughout the entire process. I had a million questions and concerns and she dealt with it all like a champ. The buyers agent was very rude and Venus bought us a gift card to make up for it. She has always gone above and beyond what needed to be done to make things go as smooth as possible. We appreciated all her kindness. |

| My real estate purchase was my first and in Colorado. There were many potentially complex situations that Venus made much easier to understand, as I was purchasing a house that was a distressed property sale and was still occupied by the owner. In addition, there were some problems that needed to be resolved AFTER the closing and Venus' service was excellent regarding resolution and follow through. I highly recommend her as an agent and would use her again if the need arose. |

| Being first time home buyers, Venus and Steve were the perfect match for us. Steve took time out of his evening while not feeling 100% to show us a couple of houses due to my husband's and my different work schedules. Venus referred us to a lender that she commonly uses which was great because between them, they knew what was needed to get us the loan. She responded promptly to any questions we had, very knowledgable and made the overall experience smooth. We would recommend her to our family and friends. If we ever consider to purchase another home, we would most definite use them again. Thanks for all the work you put in. We love our new home!!! |

| Venus and Steve really went above and beyond when helping my family find a new house. They remained receptive to all of our desires and "quirks" and remained patient as we visited house after house. The hard work and diligence paid off and they helped us get into the most perfect house we could think of. They were able to handle the sale of our old house very professionally and I am really thankful that we found them to work with. |

| Working with Venus and Steve was, is, and will be a complete pleasure. They supported my wife and I on a long term and successful home purchase journey which require painstaking needs as defined my myself. They were completely supportive throughout this path to our dream home. I am a program/project manager by trade so working with me requires the use of many communication tools and interaction. Venus and I established a habit which had us working together on a daily basis through this process. I REALLY couldn't have asked for more. The process in documentation, contract establishment, and negotiations was extremely clear and allowed me to influence decisions as I desired along the way. It wasn't as if I had to 'come in for the rescue' on these steps but they were supported in such a manor that empowered me to evaluate each step which was a particularly key need of mine when selecting the lender and loan terms. I just love working with these guys and plan to engage them in the future. |

| I met Steve and Venus by responding to their web site while looking for a new home. They didn't pressure me at all but called frequently to check if I was ready to start looking. When I started looking for a home Steve met me in the evenings after I got off work and spent all evening several times showing me homes. Once I found my home they took care of all the closing and my process was painless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new home. |
