I'm graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a BA in Education and a MA as a Reading Specialist.  Having taught for ten years prior to starting my Real Estate career, I feel that it's important to thoroughly explain procedures, contracts and even how to read the MLS print-outs to my clients.  I feel that the more educated my clients are about the entire Real Estate process, the better able they are to make good decisions about pricing a house to sell or purchasing the house of their dreams. 

I have a group of well-qualified individuals who work with me to get the job done.  My husband, Tom who is a CPA, Real Estate Broker and holds a Builder's License, and I work together as a team to provide top-notch service to our clients.   I use a photographer from Circlepix Virtual tours, Diane Johnson to get maximum exposure on the internet for all my listings.  There are two experienced, well-qualified home inspectors that I have worked with for many years and can recommend:  Fred Fragner and Jeff Fletcher.  I also have a list of Mortgage Lenders who are reputable and knowledgable about the industry.  Cindy Price from Bank of America,  Kevin Salley from the Bank of Ann Arbor, Susan Dwornick from National City Bank and Christian Draheim from Gold Star Mortgage are all excellent in their field.  Finally I use a great title company, American Title where the employees work well (even under pressure) to get closing packages prepared and closings completed in a timely manner.
