Hello, members. I am located in the Sierra foothills above Sacramento - I do have wheels, so I can go anywhere! I have lived here since 1976, previously I lived in Whittier, CA. where I was an agent and an appraiser.. I moved here because I thought my old area was getting too congested, and would not be beneficial to my two daughters. They were not happy, but soon overcame their separation anxieties. They are all grown up now, one lives in Annapolis, MD and is a "Teacher Selection Advocate", vetting the new teacher applicants for the District of Columbia School District. Her sister is a Pediatrician and works from home (mostly) for a big Biopharmaceutical company, formerly a manager at FDA in Maryland. She is now only 5 miles from me, after 20+ years in the DC area. Yeah!!!!!!!!!!

At times, agents work with FSBOs, and require a LISTING APPRAISAL. I can do those, too! A times agents deal with owners who are getting a divirce, require a value for a bankruptcy motion - I do those, too. At times, associated with those appraisals, sometimes there is property that is PERSONAL, such as machinery and equipment associated with your client's business - I am trained and experienced along those lines, my appraisals have been acceped by lenders, buyers, sellers the courts and the IRS as well.
