I have been fascinated with homes since I was a teen.  Through the years I have learned to drawn house plans, observe unique site characteristics, and appreciate large scale land planning.  I am familiar with the home building process from design to necessary inspections through to occupancy certification.

Now I enjoy helping people locate and purchase their new house, and also hearing why or how the house will become their home.  As a Realtor I coordinate with lenders, title companies, and all the various people involved in purchasing or selling your home. My role is to keep information flowing for a successful and timely purchase.
