I have enjoyed 38 years in the Hospitality Industry working with the public as a "Training Specialist" with the Eat 'n Park Restaurant Chain in Western Pennsylvania. I am known to friends and co-workers as "Uncle David".  I'm an Associate Broker with Powell & Associates Real Estate, a  Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, Internet e-PRO Specialist, Certified Buyer Representative, Certified New Home Specialist, Residential Construction Certified, and am currently President of the Clearfield-Jefferson County Association of Realtors, and on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors.
