Tyrone (Tye) Caldwell was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York until that eventful day he enrolled in the Armed Forces at Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, NY in May 1985.  I retired at Fort Gordon as a Master Sergeant after 23 years of Active Federal Service. Thru out my career I have embraced challenges, which represent opportunities to excel.

Tye has served on the Keller Williams Realty Associate Leadership Council from 2010-11, 14-15. Tye is the Team leader of Tye Caldwell & Associates and Co-owner of Augusta Partners Property Management.

Meeting the newest challenge required forming Tye Caldwell & Assoc, a Team of great Augusta Real Estate Agents and support associates that have the knowledge, experience and skill set required to handle your complex real estate transaction

The massive amount of leads generated thru my extensive internet marketing efforts required me to shift to a real estate model which emphasizes a team of specialists and support associates committed to the same common goal. With those real estate specialists in place we will now be able to provide highly specialized service and better attend to the real estate needs of more seller and buyer clients thru out the vast Central Savannah River Area (CSRA). In short, I decided to let go and let God, realizing that I can’t do it all and that; “T-ogether E-veryone A-chieves M-ore”

We are now much better positioned to service the Augusta resident population and the massive influx of people taking new jobs in the greater Augusta area and military personnel on Permanent change of station (PCS) orders to Fort Gordon's Cyber Center of Excellence, to staff the Cyber Command, Inscom, National Security Agency (NSA –G), 7^th Signal Command,  Signal Towers,  35^th Signal Brigade. 

Other major employers we service are, Savannah River Site (SRS), Kimberly Clark, Club Car, Proctor & Gamble, Plant Vogtle;  the Augusta Medical District including: Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, Medical College of Georiga (MCG), Trinity Hospital, University Hospital, Doctors Hospital and Eisenhower Military Hospital on Fort Gordon.

Our area of concentration is listing and selling homes located in the Richmond, Columbia and Aiken County Georgia area. We  primarily work in Richmond County- Augusta GA, Fort Gordon GA, Summerville, Forest Hills; Columbia County- Grovetown GA, Evans GA, Martinez GA, Appling, GA and Aiken County- N. Augusta SC. Graniteville, SC and Beech Island, SC.  

My role is to recruit talent, train, lead and guide our team so we continue to provide stellar customer service with meticulous attention to detail, while remaining focused on achieving our #1 goal. That goal is to provide an outstanding client experience during the real estate transaction, by listening and putting our clients needs first. We will continue to utilize cutting edge systems, implement solutions and take continuing education until our seller and buyer clients agree that we are the #1 real estate team in Augusta. On the team we have years of customer service and project management experience and I ensure our associates remain focused on the team vision.
