Any agent can drive you around in a car to find a home (even better yet, you can find one yourself through your favorite internet portal).  Any agent can give you a lengthy pitch on selling your home (with all the same marketing tools that the next agent in line behind them probably has as well).  

The difference in working with me is I'll actually take the time to explain to you in great detail how to get an offer accepted (especially with multiple offers) or how sell your home for the best price and terms by really understanding your local market.  Real Estate is complicated.  My job is to advise and help you understand the complexities of contracts, disclosures, preliminary title reports, appraisals, inspection reports and more.

I have been a licensed agent since 1995 and broker since 1997.  For 12 years I managed my own boutique real estate and mortgage brokerage in downtown Campbell.  Over the past few years my business has been primarily assisting clients with short sale negotiations, probate, trust or family court cases and investments in self-directed IRAs.  My partner, Jennifer Scott, is a licensed senior loan officer of 28 years and provides lending expertise in residential, multi-family, commercial and construction.
