As a realtor, I am passionate about taking care of my clients.  It is not enough to just show a property to a buyer or place a home on the MLS to sell.  I take great pride in knowing the market for my clients to get the best deal possible for them.  In searching homes for my buyers, I want them to find that perfect home that fits their family needs and brings them great joy for a great price.

For my sellers, it is important to help them price their home to show the best value in competing with other homes on the market.  This will attract several buyers and multiple offers, often getting more money for the home than it was listed for.  That's right down exciting!! 

As a real estate investor for over 35 years, I understand concerns and desires that both a buyer and a seller feel in wanting to get the best possible return for their investment.  Therefore, I ask a lot of questions to find out what my clients are looking to accomplish and I listen to every word for better understanding of their desires.

I take many hours of continuing education to keep abrest of the real estate market and what it has to offer within the current ecconomic conditions.  I have always considered knowledge as the conrner stone for giving me the edge in helping my clients better than than any other agent.
