Get to Know Tony Vehon
I entered the real estate game in 1979. I joined the real estate company that was started by my Mother in 1959 after my Father passed away. At that time the company was called Real Estate Investment Company and was later renamed Lake Realty when my Mother married Robert Lake.
In 1994 my parents retired and I took over as the Broker and owner of the company. In 2007 I felt that in order to better serve our customers and clients it would be in our best interest to affiliate with a national real estate franchise. I was approached by Weichert, Realtors and after a look at their organization I was hooked. We are now WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Lake Realty.
In an attempt to better myself, my clients, my agent and my company, I began obtaining additional educaiton by working my way through some of the professional designations available to real estate professionals. I have since obtained my ABR, CRB,CRS and GRI designations. None of these were easy and I grew and learned through each one. I believe my education and years of experience help me provide an exceptional level of service to my customers, clients and to my agents. Our office boasts of being a family type atmosphere with a company culture of agents who enjoy what they are doing and being around each other. We all help each other out and there is no backstabbing allowed.
This profession has given a lot to me and I try to give a lot back. I have been blessed to be in a profession that I love and to be able to live in an area that I truly enjoy living in. God has blessed me with all of that plus a great wife and family. It just doesn't get any better than that!

We specialize in the Phoenix East Valley area and have for almost 50 years. We focus mainly on Resale Residential, Land, Lots and Manufactured Homes on Land. We also handle commercial property and will assist buyers with the purchase of a new home.
