Tiffany Saucé is a native of Santa Cruz and graduated at San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in 2005. After graduating she soon found herself naturally driven toward the world of real estate. “Assisting clients in purchasing the home of their dreams or aiding in their time of need is deeply rewarding," she says.
She received her license in 2005 and has been a realtor at Monterey Bay Properties and at Keller Williams. As expert in buying, and selling investment properties and property management she is a resource for advice on short sales, property management, tenant/landlord agreements and evictions. Tiffany has managed and owned apartments and homes in Santa Cruz, Fresno and San Jose for the last ten years.
She has extensive knowledge in many phases of construction and can look at a home and give a good estimate of the cost of repair. She also has the dexterity to run multiple projects and a business: Working as a project manager for construction projects, estimating costs, buying supplies, and managing tenants.
She worked in the home decorating business during college and has assisted couples with the interior design of their homes. She can help you determine if staging and cosmetic repairs will enhance the salability of your property.
She has also completed language classes in Guatemala, and is fluent in Spanish and Tiffany has traveled all over of Mexico including Puebla, Ixtapa, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Hermosillo, and Cabo to name a few. She is a mother to a 14 month old boy and on her time off likes to spend time with her family and be outdoors.
