Get to know Troy Hogge
Troy has lived in the Richmond area since 1985 where he received a Bachlors of Science degree at Virginia Commonweath University. He now resides in Midlothian with his wife and two boys. Troy is an active member in his community volunteering his time as coach for his son's sporting events to include baseball, soccer, and basketball. He is also active in his children's school donating his time supporting the PTA. His local charities include The Alden Aaroe Shoe Fund, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Troy loves helping people. He has always said it is very gratifying when you have found a family their dream home and see the look in their eyes and the appreciation on their faces for what you have done for them. He recently had an 11 year old boy, who always lived in an apartment, come to him and say, "thank you for helping me and my Mom find our home". That's what it's all about.
With over 20 years of Real Estate experience, Troy has done it all. He has worked with many local home builders and is familiar with new construction and new home sales. He also sells existing homes. He works with first time homebuyers and "move up" buyers. He has also worked with many clients selling their Richmond home to relocate to another area.
