I am a rarity - a born and raised Prescott native! Being a native Prescottonian qualifies for a little "bragging rights" since this is such a wonderful place to live but, more importantly, it provides an insight to the history of the local real estate market and the direction which it is headed. For more than 20 years I have been involved in the commercial banking and real estate industries and during this time I have developed a knowledge and insight that is very valuable to people interested in buying or selling real estate. I have seen builders, developers and businesses come and go, dramatic growth that has affected traffic and employment patterns and challenges and opportunities that have allowed people to make, and lose, money through real estate investments.
