I specialize in working with first time buyers, and picky buyers.  Every buyer is entitled to be picky, after all this is probably the largest investment they will ever make.  I am a very patient Realtor.  I will typically show my clients an average of 100 homes before we even make an offer on a home.  It is just that type of real estate market today.  It is a buyer's market.  We legitimately need to exhaust it.  I want my buyer's to know that I did my job and to be completely happy with my services.  I learn something new everyday I'm out looking at homes whether it be about homes or people or real estate.  What can I say?  I just love, love, love what I do.  I am proud to say I help people find the place they call home.
