Assess Clients (buyers and sellers) needs, wants, and desires with emphasis on affordability and style to meet and exceed their expectations.  Communicate and train Clients on how to carefully examine different types of financing (VA, FHA, USDA, Conventional Loans, etc.,) by diligently studying the current market strategies and benefits.  Negotiate for Clients the “cost of investment” VS. “Sellers asking price” that will be beneficial to the Client for many years to come.  Coordinate, schedule, and report inspections including, but not limited to, structural, pests, survey, septic tank, home warranty, etc., to ensure proper regulations and procedures are followed without delay.  Inform Clients of any and all estimated fees, taxes, utilities, etc., associated with the invested property.  Assist Clients in the closing process through open and honest communication between client and closing attorney to ensure protocols, process and procedures have been met to the Client’s satisfaction.  All of these services plus much more are delivered to my Clients in a professional and timely manner!
