Born and raised in Oregon, and proud of it. Started out in N.W. Portland, went to Lincoln High School and from there it was a short trip to the U.S. Navy. Did 3 tours in Viet Nam, had a number of jobs before landing with the U.S. Post Office where I was a Mailman (not a letter carrier) until I retired in 1992. That retirement made it possible for me to get into Real Estate, a move for which I shall be forever grateful. I hold both the GRI and CRS designations, and, along with my partner, I have been the District Vice President for the North Oregon Coast for the Oregon CRS chapter. I am currently the Clatsop Assn. of Realtors 2010 President, was President in 2001 and the Assn. Realtor of the Year in 2005.
