KDR Home Inspections is a full time, home inspection company. All inspections are performed by the owner to assure the you the client that the best inspection possible will be done. We are equipped with the latest tools needed to complete the inspection. An Infrared Thermal Imaging Camera is used at every inspection. Our reports are computer generated and accurate. Digital photos accompany every report. And our service goes one step further, we will accompany the client at no extra cost to the pre-closing walk thru of the property. We inspect 7 days a week. Our service area is Chicago, and all surrounding suburbs, and soon we will be licnesed in the State of Indiana. We are fully insured, licensed, and bonded with 15 years experience. Lastly, our fees are based on a flat rate, no extra charges for the age of the house, extra bathrooms, square footage, or extra heating systems. Our office hours are from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm daily.
