I have been a full time Realtor for over 30 years and specialize in homes located in Somerset and Hunterdon Counties of New Jersey. Being born and raised in Somerset County, my knowledge is very extensive and certainly helps that buyer with locations and local information. I believe in treating people with patience and respect knowing that this will be one of the largest transactions one would make in a lifetime! My clients recognize this and thank me by referring their family and friends. My fellow realtors have also honored me with the 2014 HSAR Realtor of The Year Award
I also believe in giving back to my professional and personal communities. Professionally, I serve as Co-Chair of our New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award Committee. This a State recognized award given to Realtors who have accomplished certain goals. I also serve on my local Board of Realtor's Professional Standards Committee which acts as judge to all ethical and arbitrable cases lodged through the Realtor community. Personnally, I serve on my hometown's Planning Board as well as Open Space Committee.
On a personal note, I am blessed to be married to a wonderful man for 24 years and have a wonderful step daughter and grandson in Florida!! I also have two left at home, Jennifer and Molly, my husband's and my Sheltie and Cocker Spaniel.

I specialize in the Somerset and Hunterdon Counties of New Jersey. I deal with primarily Relocation and Resales. I also have an extensive knowledge of New Construction having respresented several Builder's and their New Home Sites. With this knowledge, I am able to assist my buyer's by pointing out certain characteristics of a home that might not be mentioned.
I also have raw land aquisition experience along with the approval process.
With my listings, I use marketing techniques not always used by other agents and am always looking for new ways to expose the property. My experience also helps in pricing a property right the first time, which is so important in today's market.
