When looking for someone to assist you with a home purchase, sale or an agent to refer your family and friends to, it's important to know as much about that person as possible.  You need to know if that person is a "fit" for your needs.  With this in mind, I would like to introduce myself to you and give you some insight as to who I am. 

As a native Floridian, I've lived in beautiful Cape Coral for 15 years.  I believe with all my heart that your attitude has a direct effect on not only your life, but the lives of the people you have contact with.  There are two sayings that describe my feelings..."Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away" and  "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, but learning to dance in the rain"..  I practice dancing in the rain!!! When times get tough, I count my blessings... I'm alive and fortunate enough to have a my best friend Michael for my husband of the last 25 years.  I have a wonderful daughter, Courtney and amazing son Shaun, UCF Knight Alum and UCF Knight Junior respectively.  I have a job I absolutely love that allows me to help people realize their dreams..It's a job that is never the same, providing challenges ie.. market ups and downs...."dance in the rain" and rewards, handing the keys to a family for their first home..."moments that take your breath away". 

I believe in paying it forward and extending a helping hand no matter how small a gesture...Thanking our Soldiers, Veterans, Fire Fighters and Police Officers...Waveing to men and women working on roads...simple gestures that can make the day of a stranger.  It is because these beliefs matter to me that I am able to help my buyers find their new home and I work hard to get them the best deal on it.  I am able to help my sellers find buyers for their homes or negotiate short sales with their lenders.  Because helping others is my priority, I am able to successfully do my job and I love being a REALTOR.
