A 35 year resident of the Florida Suncoast, I know this area pretty well. Before my career in Real Estate, I had a successful interior design business for 17 years. I have worked in many of the area's neighborhoods and am familiar with the design/build industry. I am most comfortable with new construction and remodel homes. I also invest in my own income properties so I have some insight into the investment side of real estate. 

I fianally bought my piece of heaven in Crystal Beach and love the surrounding communities of Ozona, Dunedin and Tarpon Springs.
