SFR- Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource: This certification lets you know I am well versed in the knowledge and needed skills for the new market of foreclosures and short sales. I am proud to be a part of several successful closings in both Bank Owned and Short Sales, I am a skilled negotiator for the clients who need to have their home listed, and very well trained to serve at this very difficult level.

BPOR-Broker Price Opinion Resource: Ensures that I am well able to do CMA'S for both Buyers and Seller's and have extra tool's to do so.
