Right At Home Realty was established in June 2004 by Howard Drukarsh & Arthur Bartram, between Arthur and Howard there are 50 years of experience and knowledge. Right At home is based on a unique concept catering to totally independent and aggressive agents, to date it has been established to be the fastest growing real estate company in the Toronto Real Estate board with over 900 agents and over A BILLION dollars in sales (2007).
As a Real Estate sales representative, and as a person, I can appreciate that buying and selling is an emotional and trying process. I have been through it several times myself and know how stressful it can be. After all, buying real estate is one of the biggest investments most of us will ever make.
Knowing how important - and stressful - real estate transactions are, I feel that my services MUST involve 100% of my attention, effort and expertise.I was licensed in February of 1992 and since then I have made Real Estate my career and sole livelihood. I sell mainly residential and commercial properties in all price ranges, including all types of houses, condos, rental properties, residential multi-units such as apartment buildings in all sizes, retail plazas, malls and land for development.
I consider myself a professional who cares for the PEOPLE behind the DEAL and not just for the DEAL.
In the 16 years of my real estate experience I have had the chance to intimately familiarize myself with real estate values in the following major areas and their respective neighborhoods: Toronto downtown core east to Victoria Park and west to Etobicoke, North Toronto up to Steels Ave., North of Steels Ave in the York region including Vaughan and Markham.
