My focus comes in Mobile Home Parks. I like everything about them and believe they are a great asset to hold onto for longterm cash flow. They do not allow for a GREAT networth, but the cash flow is almost better than all the rest. They are basic, easy to improve, and not a lot of buyers in the market.
