Hoyt Management Group is a community association management, hotel management and contracting company active in the Waterville Valley, Lincoln, Plymouth and Bristol areas. We currently have 12 Associations under managemnt, as well as many private homes and commercial businesses. We pride ouselves as being the most complete real estate sales and management company in central New Hampshire. Northstar Realty Sales is the real estate sales division of Hoyt Management Group, with 4 agents covering the WV/Lincoln and Plymouth areas. We currently own the Northstar Inn and with the help of business partner and head of hospitality Nancy Ehlers, manage the Black Bear Lodge in Waterville Valley, a 107 room condo hotel, as well as the rental operations of the Lodge at Lincoln Station, another large condo hotel in Lincoln NH.
Tom has 27 years experience in community association management, as well as decades of experience as a real estate salesperson and broker. He is experienced in all aspects of home and condominium management, speciallizing in vacation condominium mananagement and sales. Nancy has an equal amount of experience, speciallizing in hotel management/hospitality, as well as Association Management. Tom is a liscensed NH real estate broker, septic installer, and pyrotechnician (commercial fireworks). He also holds a NH Water Operators license, Class 1-A.
Tom has worked in the Waterville Valley area as a professional community association manager for over 27 years, he currently owns one hotel,and manages two others as well as Northstar Realty Sales.
