I specialize in real estate matters which range from purchase and sale of small condominiums and coops up to properties of over several millions of dollars. Many issues are the same in a property purchase and sale regardless of the price and the role of the attorney is the same in all cases - protect the client.
However, at times in the more expensive homes what is a small problem in a small home can escalate in importance. I have 34 years of experience in real estate title work and have addressed every problem from asbestos in the property, the leaking oil tank, the interpretation of insurance policies covering claims, adverse possession, mislocation of property lines, geting rid of old judgment liens -- the list goes on and on. I bring to the table my experience in tax appeals, mortgage litigation, title disputes and representation of title companies through the years.
