| Todd took the time to listen to my wants, understand my needs and worked hard to find the ideal home for me. We worked together to refine my parameters regarding price, floor plan, amenities, yard and location. We looked at several resale homes until Todd learned about a builder spec home that not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Although it was just outside the boundaries I gave him, he knew it was the right deal for me. The location actually turned out to be better than I thought - a tad further from work, but closer to the freeway. |
