I've been in the mortgage business and investing in real estate for over 20 years. I've bought, sold, and negotiated several short sales over the past year. I moved down to South Florida from NJ to be closer to my family and the sun and to take advantage of the greatest real estate investment opportunity in a lifetime.

I am a transactional engineer and love working on real estate deals. Whether it's putting a plan together for a client so they can qualify to buy their new home in a few months, or it's creating out a win-win situation for a short-sale seller and buyer, I figure out how to make the deal happen.
FHA & VA: Government programs are the most common way to secure financing for a new home purchase nowadays because a small down payment is required and more lenient lending guidelines. Reverse Mortgage: Seniors can take advantage of a Government Program to pay off an existing mortgage, get cash back, or even purchase a home with no income or credit qualification. HomePath: A great way to buy a Fannie Mae-owned property. The program requires a low-downpayment and has no monthly mortgage insurance payments. An appraisal is not required for HomePath properties, which can be a deal-breaker nowadays. Condos: Not sure if your condo association can get approved for financing? Call us. We've got the ever changing list. Even if it's not on the approved list, we may be able to get financing. Foreign Nationals: Investors from outside of the US are taking advantage of the hot market here in South Florida. Financing is available for Foreign Nationals with as little as 30% down.
