| Can't say enough about Tina Parker. She's the best of the best. We got in touch with her from Ontario. We told her what we wanted.....so when we came to visit, Tina treated us like royalty. Showed us different areas, styles....but nothing outrageous and always with our needs/wants. We ended up buying condo after a few days. Once we moved to NS and settled in this condo we realized it was not what we really wanted. So we called Tina again.....and she helped us find the perfect little house instead! The market was changing rapidly at that time (COVID!) but Tina hustled, researched, and found what we wanted. She's a quality person too - always getting back to you, listening to your needs/wants, but at same time suggesting some great ideas/options. We were very please with her service BOTH times we had her as an agent, and would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone looking for property. She will not steer you wrong! |

| Tina sold us our condo in Halifax. At that time my husband was recovering from a stroke, and was at the NSRC. Tina came to us, driving my daughter & I to the condo, to her office, etc., She arranged another viewing (although the tenants were very strict about viewing times) for my husband to see as well. She was so kind, very competent and professional. |
