Bill Boyd has been involved in real estate sales and investments since 1978.  He has worked for several well known National Real Estate Companies over the years, achieving recognition for the top sales person and producer numerous times.  He has been involved in thousands of transactions over the years and is currently licensed in California and Hawaii.  Past experience includes the development of the Master Planned Community of Willow Brook Estates in Albany, Oregon.  He brings to you 35+ years of experience working with beginner investors, to experience multiple 1031 exchanges, FHA/VA and portfolio building.

Bill married his lifelong partner Kimberly in 1986 and they have two daughters.  His younger daughter Andey attends Naples Bay Side Academy.  His oldest daughter Kimberley grew up on Maui, graduated from school and became "Miss Maui" and is now a Real Estate Investment Specialist on the Tikki Team.

Kimberley has been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 1996.  Her focus is on creating a win-win situation for each of her clients with the goal of exceeding expectations on customer service, communication, and commitment.  Her experience includes Residential Sales & Team Building, Residential & Commercial Property Management, Leasing, and REO Asset Management in California, Hawaii and Washington State.
