Tom has consistently been in the top 10 in terms of production at Grand Rapids' Keller Williams office out of 165 active Realtors. His office does close to a one third of a billion dollars of residential real estate sales. Two years in a row, The Sprich Group has placed fourth and fifth in production for the entire Michigan and Ohio Region.

Tom knows the value of effective communication. His successful track record in real estate can be attributed to his strong negotiating skills, knowledge of the ever-changing market and his innate sense of ethics. Tom's goal as your real estate agent is to guide you through the buying or selling process and to authentically represent you throughout the journey. Most importantly is his philosophy in promising to always give his personal best.

Tom is a member of the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Blythefield Country Club. He also supports Gilda's Club of Grand Rapids by donating a percentage of his earnings at each closed transaction.

Tom is a thirty-nine year resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan and has been married for over twenty-six years. He and his wife have two adult children. One is attending Purdue University and the other is a grad student at Grand Valley State University.
