I commend you but as one business person to another I must say your time is better spent doing what you do best and that is REAL ESTATE, whether you are an Investor or a Real Estate Professional 1 hour extra a day can turn into a new client, a new lead a new deal.  And both you and I know that short sales take you a lot longer than 1 Hour.

I hired my Niece to call the bank and negotiate Short Sales for me, why Should I use you?

I too love my Niece but do I want to leave a $200,000 - $500,000 - 2,000,000 Million dollar negotiation to my niece.  I have to say no. You have to have a negotiator who is trained, experienced and accountable.  Who knows how much money you are leaving on the table having Sally call the bank kindly asking for an approval.

How do you get paid?

I get paid by the Lender to negotiate and administer the Short Sale Negotiations.  As we know there are many short sale negotiation companies out there that charge you as part of your commission or ask for buyer contribution.  I will never do that.  If I cannot negotiate my own fee with the bank how can I negotiate your Short Sale?

Do you do Closings as part of the Short Sale Negotiation?
