The Sandra Wortham Team consists of my office manager Nettie who is bilingual. She handles the day to day tasks to make sure the process runs smoothly. Amanda who is new on the team is handling our internet marketing and social media. Bambi Wortham is the lead Buyer's Specialist. She has great skills at matching buyers with that perfect home. I am the lead Listing Agent.

We work with both Buyers and Sellers in all price ranges, from 1st Time Home Buyers to Country Club homes. We do offer Buyer Representation for all of our buyers. From qualifying for a loan to signing on the line, we will be with you the whole time guiding you and giving our professional advice on the best deals on the market.
For our Sellers, we do an incredible amount of marketing, both in print and heavily on the internet. We advertise on many different websites and are constantly looking for creative ways to market our properties. We are skilled negotiators and if an offer does not make since and we feel it is not in your best interest, we certainly will let you know that. Our goal is to get you the most money in the shortest period of time possible!
We also sell Commercial properties and Farm and Ranch properties. We offer Property Management as well and have our contractors in place to service all needs.
