Eric loves selling retail centers, offices and strip centers. Some of Eric's best clients were former hotel owners - he has sold independent as well as franchised/flagged hotels and motels all around the country and state...
Recently, as a managing broker and owner of Advantage Partners, LLC - Eric has focused on sharing his expertise in the REO servicing and asset management field... this is a hot industry to invest time in now with the economic situation we are faced with. After he trains a few more agents he can again focus on developing more tools for our clients and agents to use.
Eric also own Zippy Networks, LLC... more about our services later - we have a in-house developed MLS IDX search solution, tied to county records and databases, tied to automated valutaion models for estimated values of real property, tied to civil court cases (foreclosure cases) tied to mapping and historical reporting... due to the nature of the amount of information we are compiling - our attorneys are having a hard time getting the county and all our sources of data to agree that displaying these factual data items in one locating for all to see is OK to do. Laws in Kansas are weird about some of these things... technology is going to pass Kansas by if they don't open their eyes soon...
