When I first speak with my clients I try to determine the type of community that they are most interested in.  If they are looking for a wonderful waterfront community, I might recommend Admirals Cove or Frenchmans Creek.

If they are looking for a wonderful Wellington equestrian community, I will do the needed research to find the nicest estates available.

Ultimately my goal is simple, to minimize the work of my clients, yet find the best home available.
