Mr. Frazier is known nationally as a mortgage banking and brokerage professional with 42 years of experience in sales management, operations, and marketing. He also has over 3 years of experience in real estate as a licensed California Real Estate Agent and 24 years as a Broker (DRE #01143484), in addition to 42 years in mortgage lending as a mortgage banker and licensed mortgage broker (NMLS #461807).

Mr. Frazier is a graduate of the University of Redlands in Redlands, California. He holds an MBA with an emphasis in finance and a BS in business administration and management. He has taught as an adjunct professor at the University of California, Riverside, where he taught e-commerce and lectured on the U.S. mortgage crisis to international business and political leaders.

He and his wife, Ruby L. Frazier, are founders of Frazier Group Realty (www.fraziergrouprealty.com) in Riverside, CA — a full-service, family-owned and family-operated real estate brokerage established on May 6, 2006. His greatest accomplishment is being married to the love of his life, Ruby Lee Gordon Frazier, for 43 years and being the father of four daughters. His three eldest daughters — Jessica, Briana, and Erica — hold master’s degrees in management and business, while his youngest daughter, Raela, earned a BS degree from Cal Poly Pomona. All four are homeowners. He is also the proud grandfather of three granddaughters — Carrah and Chloe Cannon, and Ava Twumasi — and one grandson, Cameron. Family is everything to Eric and Ruby Frazier.

 
COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS
Mr. Frazier is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Riverside Fair Housing Council (www.fairhousingcouncil.net). The Fair Housing Council of Riverside County, Inc. (FHCRC) is a non-profit organization that protects the housing rights of all individuals. Approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), FHCRC works with government agencies to ensure that Fair Housing laws are upheld.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Project Tomorrow (www.tomorrow.org), a national education nonprofit organization certified by the IRS and the State of California as a 501(c)(3). Project Tomorrow has a 20+ year history of positively impacting education nationwide.

Mr. Frazier is a member of 100 Black Men of America, the NAACP Riverside County Chapter, and serves as CEO and Executive Pastor of the North Fontana Church.

He has also served as President, Chairman, and Director of the State of California African American Museum (www.caamuseum.org). CAAM’s mission is to research, collect, preserve, and interpret the history, art, and culture of African Americans, with an emphasis on California and the western United States.

PASSIONS AND PURPOSE
Mr. Frazier is a pastor, teacher, and spiritual leader; author of three books; singer, poet, and songwriter. He is also a blogger, motivational speaker, business consultant, and coach for profit and non-profit organizations, as well as an active community leader. He enjoys golf, running, and jazz music.

Mr. Frazier strives to be a role model for young African American men and women and takes pride in mentoring and coaching both the young and the old. He believes his purpose on earth is to lead and inspire people to maximize their talents, achieve their potential, and live their best life.
