The Phillips Team

This is a team effort!  This past year Pam Phillips (my mother in-law) and I joined forces.  Together we offer more than 18 years experience in the real estate industry.  We bring to the table an excellent marketing plan that seamlessly molds together all of the tools needed to buy or sell your property.  We understand all of the ups and downs that you will run into during this process, and we will help you navigate through every part of the transaction.  Our customer service does not end at the close of the transaction.  We strongly believe in educating our current, past, and present clients on all issues relating to real estate                                                                                     

Partnerships are important!  We have chosen to be a part of the Windermere Real Estate team.  Windermere Real Estate is the largest real estate company in both Kitsap and Mason Counties.  The company has been a market leader in sales and excels in marketing and their on-line presence is excelllent.  They mirror our strong belief in giving back to our community, and a strong focus on building relationships. We are supported by a team of professionals ranging from inspectors, to contractors and everything in between.

Education is key!  Both Pam and I participate in as many continuing education classes as we can fit in.  We both have obtained the coveted GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation.  This curriculum covers everything from real estate law to technology in real estate.  Pam is an associate broker for Reid having completed the course curriculum, and state exam, to obtain her Broker's License.  I have also completed this education and now use it as the branch manager for the New Reid Harborside office.  Pam is also an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), and I have obtained the e-Pro designation.  The e-Pro classes have taught me to stay on top of Internet technology.  This becomes more and more important as we transition to a world that begins it's real estate search on the Internet.
