I have training in Real Estate Staging and consider Staging an important part of marketing because today's Buyers are very sophisticated. Sellers need every edge they can get over their competition. I often work with loan officers to highlight lesser known financing programs to increase the pool of available buyers for my listings.
I have a particular fondness for Townhouses and have sold more Northfield, IL Townhomes than any other agent in the last 5 years. I feel Townhomes offer a lot of bang for less buck. Call me to buy/sell a townhome in the Chicago's North Suburbs!
