Before getting into real estate sales, Theo worked on U.S. Senate & U.S. Presidential Campaigns and later owned small businesses on Capitol Hill. This experience provided him with the unique opportunity to work with visionaries who developed the most successful strategies taking place in the marketing of campaigns, direct mail, media and event-based fundraising for candidates. This later cultivated into a lifestyle of ongoing valuable business relationships, real estate investments, and entrepreneurial endeavors. Today, Theo utilizes a campaign strategy approach and his DC network to market and sell your house and find you a new home. As a 4th generation Washingtonian and former local delivery service owner, Theo is a logistics expert in the DC, MD & VA metro areas. He possesses a unique knowledge and understanding of the communities, and commuting times inside and outside the capital beltway.
