Hello and thanks for visiting. Throughout my 12 + years in the industry, I have gained extensive experience in all aspects of residential mortgage finance, originating all types of purchase and refinance transactions nationwide. I've built a vast network of clients and referral partners due in large part to my integrity, knowledge, and diligence. My main focus is in educating each client by evaluating their goals, reviewing appropriate loan programs, and setting the right expectations. It is my opinion that doing these things right leads to a satisfied client every time.
In my free time, I enjoy live concerts and participating in club sport auto racing. I am an avid skier and love all racquet sports, namely tennis, as I coach in the summer. As a kidney transplant recipient, I am very active in volunteering to raise awareness for organ donation.

| I was very impressed with the depth of your knowledge from the moment I met you (back when you were with Chase). While that transaction did not ultimately work out, I knew I wanted to continue working with you should the right opportunity present itself again. You were very patient in walking me through the pre-approval process, making sure I understood what was going to happen, and even recommending the realtor I ultimately used to find the perfect condo for me. There were challenges along the way. Through your hard-work, dedication and tenacity, we were able to secure a 30-year fixed FHA loan (what I wanted) at one of the lowest rates possible in a building where others had generally only been able to obtain what I believe were 5 or 7-year ARM loans. You were always accessible if ever any questions came up and even came to my closing. I'm not sure if that's the norm or not, but it definitely was nice to have another friendly face in the room for basically the most "grown-up" moment of my life so far. Going forward, I would definitely use your services again. |

| I was having trouble finding a lender willing to refinance a line of credit on a single family rental. I asked for help on an internet site. JP responded to my inquiry. Unlike the other mortgage brokers I had spoken to, he had access to lenders who were willing to refinance a non-owner occupied property. Although the lender was not always immediately responsive, JP was, and he kept the process moving to a successful conclusion. I have not needed to refinance since, but I have called JP with general market questions and he is always extremely helpful. I highly recommend JP. |

| JP was great to work with as he brings a wealth of industry knowledge with over 15 years in the industry. I always felt confident when reviewing a file with JP as he knows policy extremely well. | I had the pleasure of working with JP at a previous employer and have been lucky to maintain a relationship with him since leaving. I have referred JP clients knowing that they will be completely taken care of and presented with the best options. Having worked with JP I can say that he takes great pride in staying ahead of the curve when it comes to his business. I can say with great confidence that JP is one of the most knowledgeable Loan Officers out there. If your case is difficult and soulutions are tough to come by, I would recommend putting your trust in JP. If the problem can be solved, JP will find the solution. I know that good Loan Officers are tough to come by and JP is one of the few very good ones. When asked for a recommendation in the mortgage area, JP is on my very short list. |

He is always up to date on the latest loan packages available and can work with my clients to help get them into their home while working within their budget.
