Since "retiring" from the corporate world I am now offering my years of mortgage lending experience and technological expertise as personal mortgage loan services for clients in Summit and Wasatch Counties. It is my intention to build strong relationships with other Real Estate professionals in the Kamas, Woodland, Francis, Marion, Park City and Oakley areas so we can all work with someone "local" who truly understands the local markets and can give friendly, honest, personal services to our clients. I charge VERY reasonable and fair fees and always try to make sure my clients and professional referal sources are fully informed as the mortgage loan process progresses so that there are "no surprises". "Surprises" are for kids birthday parties, not for the largest fianncial transaction in most clients life.
