| My husband and I worked with the Hollinden team to both buy and sale a home. We worked with TJ Hollinden to buy a house out of the county we were living in at the time. Finding a house in another county was a little more difficult then most home buying experiences. This meant long days, looking at multiple houses at a time so the long trip wasn't wasted, it also meant TJ had to reach out to other realtors to get additional information that his systems didn't contain. TJ never had a problem with this. He was always enthusiastic and ready to do whatever we needed. We worked with his father, Tim Hollinden to sale our home. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and made himself available to us 24/7. Even on days we were frustrated and thought the process would never end, he was always there with an encouraging word. We feel they both sincerely looked out for our best interest throughout the buying and selling process. |

| There are not enough words to express how much we appreciated Tim Hollinden's participation in the sale of our condo. We were involved in a unique situation which was making our unit very difficult to sell. Tim's knowledge and expertise not only allowed us to sell our unit at full asking price, we even received an offer within 24 hours of listing! Although selling a home can be stressful at times, thanks to Tim, we felt as if we were in good hands during the entire process and even walked away from the closing table feeling like we had made a lifelong friend. | My husband and I were absolutely impressed working with this team and highly recommend then to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home. Our agent helped us sell our home and buy a new one...all within 2 weeks. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the market. He told us our house would sell in less than a week and it did, 4 days. He guided us through every aspect of the sell: list price and how much to push for, what to include with the price and techniques to close quickly. His relationship with the buyers agent was strategic and he kept us in the loop every step of the way as the deal progressed and educated us on the process so there was no surprises. When it came to finding a new home, we were picky and short on time since our house sold so quickly but he was incredibly patient, attentive to what we wanted and very accessible when it came to setting up viewings. He leveled with us on price range and areas of town so we could narrow our search and find our dream house...quickly! | After my Father-in-law died and my Mother-in-law moved in with us, we listed her house with Tim and his team. They met my husband and his brother at the house, explained the process, came up with a sales price and a plan. Here we are a couple of months later and we have closed at the price Tim said he thought it would sell for. It is such a relief to have the house sold and they made it so easy on us. | Tim and his team are the ultimate "get things done" professionals. Tim was excellent to work on every step of the home selling process. He started by meeting me and carefully gave me suggestions on what I needed to do in order to get my house in its best shape to sell. | Tim Hollinden was among three listing agents interviewed to sell my home. Tim had some creative sales programs and was impressively professional. Tim has a home marketing system that puts each home out on over 100 different web searches. Amazingly, in a tough market, Tim sold my home in 20 days after it hit the MLS for 98.4% of list price. Everything was handled with professionalism from his photographer and video tour, to the easy docu-sign system. He's quick to call back whenever I had a question and was very resourceful as to Inspections, contractors, etc. I highly recommend Tim Hollinden and his team to sell your home as well as purchase a new home. My buyer agent was incredibly patient and showed me over 30 homes! I'm not the kind of buyer most agents want to deal with to be sure, but Tera was patient, personable and professional. |
