Formerly of  Attention2Detail co-founded in 2004, Bernadette Flaim is now Founder and Principal Designer of The Flaim Group LLC. Her interior design and professional organizing expertise has been used in a variety of projects, including room makeovers; raw space design and project management; home offices; corporate and retail spaces. 

If a client already has an established vision and style, services can consist of narrowing selections on finishes, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, lighting, hardware, fixtures, paint, window treatments, upholstery, furnishings and accessories -- allowing each and every transformed space to efficiently and effectively function with warmth and style. 

Bernadette also works with clients on custom interior designs projects and can offer guidance on renovations and new construction where the owner or contractor are comfortable managing the project. Clients can begin their design journey with an initial consultation addressing their most pressing design challenges -- always focusing on their style and desired use of the space. 

As an accredited and certified home staging specialist and RESA-PRO, Bernadette will help you expertly target market your property to your prospective buyer, helping you sell faster and for more money. 

Bernadette is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She has been accredited home staging professional  since 2004 and is certified interior redesign specialist. She is also a certified home staging instructor for Staging & Redesign (SAR) representing the Northeast. She is currently the State President for RESA New Jersey and was the 2011 RESA State President of the Year. 

She also served as VP, Corporate Relations and VP, Marketing for the NJ Association of Women Business Owners and received the "2009 Business Woman of the Year" award and most recently received NJAWBO's 2012 Beacon of Light Award. Bernadette is a licensed realtor for RE/MAX Villa in Edgewater, NJ.
