The Bineau team took the time to listen to what we were looking for and very quickly had us walking new potential condos to purchase. Once we identified the desired condo, the Bineau team helped us through the entire process from start to finish (initial offer, counter offer, contract, feasibility/inspection and closing). They even helped secure bids for replacing the carpet and coordinated installation immediately after closing while we were out of town. I can't say enough about the experience and highly recommend the Bineau team!! |

| Jim and Anita did a great job selling our home in Brush Creek. What stands out? Original offer, backup offer, which is the one that closed, coordinating with the renter to show the house right through closing, helping get the renter out of the house with almost daily visits (this was not easy), staying on top of MEC deliverables/inspections/deadlines.
