We love this quote by the Greek comedic playwright Aristophanes.  Its truth is what makes it funny.  If one prospers in a certain locale, that person often tries to claim that locale as his homeland.  In Texas, we're real familiar with folks who came from somewhere else that now claim to be Texans.  We don't blame them!

We have certainly prospered greatly in our homeland of by building our business on a foundation of relationships, answering first to our most important client, the Realtor.

We are an independent title agency, and though we are heavily regulated by the Texas Department of Insurance, we make our own internal policies.  We are not owned by a big bank or a Wall Street conglomerate, so our primary focus remains local, on our customers – Realtors and their clients.  Of course, we can close sales or refinances in any county in the state of Texas, and we routinely close Harris, Fort Bend, Galveston and Walker County transactions.

Our entrepreneurial drive for superlative service has allowed us to work with and satisfy many of Montgomery County and Conroe’s top producing Realtors. Texas Homeland’s mission has been simply to provide excellent customer service during the entire process from contract to close.
