As a mortgage banker, I enjoy helping people chase their dream of being able to own real estate whether it be a primary residence, 2nd home or an investment property.  It is very rewarding to work with so many great clients and fellow Ameripro employees that also share a customer centric work ethic and it truly makes my job easy in assisting clients throughout the loan process.  
 
A little about myself, I have a unique background that separates me from the crowd of most mortgage bankers.  I have been involved in both the commercial and residential real estate industry in different aspects over the past 15 years. These various disciplines include but are not limited to:  structured finance, development, construction, property management, leasing, sales, construction management, estimating, financial analysis, market analysis and marketing.  Having this varied, highly specialized skill set affords me the ability to not only offer financial advice as a mortgage banker but allows for me to assist buyers who have questions about construction and remodeling among other property related questions as well.  

As the saying goes "it's not what you know that hurts you, it's what you don't know is what is hurts you" I try to assist in minimizing what my clients don't know.
