Terry graduated from Germantown Academy in Ft. Washington, PA and then earned a Bachelor of Arts from Denison University in Granville, Ohio. She is a volunteer for Surrey Services, an active member of her Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Club and also serves as the AAC Chair to PA Theta at Villanova University, and a Deacon at the Wayne Presbyterian Church. Terry enjoys golf and participating in all forms of fitness activities.

Terry enjoys working with people and helping them meet their real estate goals.  She listens to the needs and priorities of her clients and puts their dreams and ideas into action.

Terry works with her partner/husband, Doug Fero.  Their combined 34 years of experience, their industry knowledge and their access to essential resources provide a comfortable foundation for a successful endeavor.  They are always in communication with their clients, and are available to answer questions and concerns from the beginning of the working relationship, through the completion of settlement and beyond.
