Licensed in California, and a member of the California Bar, for over 25 years, Bob has turned his business focus to mortgages, and real estate in general. Bob is also licensed as a California Real Estate Broker and is a member of the San Diego Board of Realtors. Bob has assisted in numerous transactions - both in mortgage processing and as an attorney for preferred clients. Bob personally has been buying and selling real estate for his own investment portfolio for more than 20 years.
Bob's background gives him the tools to attack and solve complex mortgage and real estate issues. Researching and clearing title, working with Prop. 13 title issues, advising on 1031 exchange rules, and negotiating the maze of multi-party transactions is what Bob finds exciting. This allows Pink Flamingo Mortgage to complete many transactions that others dismiss as too complicated to fund.
Like Terry McComas, Bob holds his clients' needs as the first priority and business considerations second. Bob Glaser has even advised clients to not complete a transaction, or to go to another lending source outside Pink Flamingo Mortgage, if that is best for the client.
